Corporate Curriculum Coordinator at Viking Culinary Arts Center. These are retail stores and a cooking school for "home" cooking enthusiasts combined into one location. I work at the corporate office handling the layout/design of the quarterly newsletters and websites for the cooking school class; food costing/budgeting; writing policies/procedures and a few other things that keep me more than busy. Our office address is 1052 Highland Colony Parkway, Suite 125, Ridgeland, MS 39157. We have stores in Atlanta, GA; Bryn Mawr (metro Philadelphia), PA; Dallas, TX; Memphis and Franklin (metro Nashville), TN; Garden City (Long Island), NY; St. Louis, MO; San Francisco, Corte Madera, San Jose and Walnut Creek, California. In the northern part of the state, the stores are known as Viking HomeChef. This is my dream job! |
